說明及特點:

1、該型分切機適合于分切PE、PP、PET,PVC等塑料薄膜，復合膜， 

膜，彩印膜、卷筒紙等。是薄膜、薄片二次加工以及彩印包裝企業的理想機型。

2、整機由PLC集中控制（三矢量電機）并采用觸摸屏人機界面對整機進行集中操作。

3、放卷采用氣動剎車制動器，由PLC自動計算卷徑實現自動張力控制。

4、牽引控制由一臺矢量變頻電機驅動，實現恒線速度控制，并有效地隔斷收放卷張力之間的相互影響。

5、收卷軸采用氣漲軸收卷由二臺矢量變頻電機獨立驅動，收卷張力控制，根據收卷直徑，分切厚度，設定張力等參數，由PLC運算實現自動張力遞增。（可選滑差氣漲軸）

6、收卷軸上下壓輥離合采用氣動裝置，壓力大小通過調壓閥控制。

7、放卷用無軸裝卸料，氣動鎖緊，電動調寬窄，料卷氣動升降，裝卸料方便、效率高。

8、放卷EPC糾編裝置可準確控制端面精度。

9、分切采用直刀分切裝置，端面整齊，有邊廢料風送。（紙張需購置圓刀分切裝置）

10、整機由同步帶、同步輪為傳動方式，執行與鎖緊采用氣動方式

11、牽引導輥：靜平衡鋁合金導輥，表面硬化處理 

12、系統具有啟動緩沖、停車防松、計米定長，定速、卷徑運算等分切功能。

13、系統具有完善的機、電、氣一體化設計，并采用完備的防護措施。

6. The upper and lower pressure roller of the take-up reel adopts a pneumatic device, and the pressure is controlled by a pressure regulating valve.

7. Unwinding with shaftless loading and unloading material, pneumatic locking, narrow electric width adjustment, pneumatic lifting of material roll, convenient loading and unloading, high efficiency.

8. The unwinding EPC correction device can accurately control the end face precision.

9. The slitting adopts the straight knife slitting device, the end face is neat, and the side scrap is sent by wind. (Paper needs to purchase round knife slitting device)

10. The whole machine is driven by synchronous belt and synchronous wheel, and pneumatically operated by locking and locking.
